I would wholeheartedly recommend Justin Schwirtz to anyone moving to Rochester. I contacted Justin when my husband interviewed at the Mayo Clinic, and he helped me understand the market in Rochester and gave me a tour of the city and some current listings. When we matched here, he helped us seamlessly buy our home while I was still living 15 hours away.

First, we traded emails with Justin to focus on our family's needs and wants, then eventually nailed down listings in the area we liked. I was able to fly into town for a short 24-hour trip, and Justin scheduled 8 showings for me in one afternoon! By 6 pm the same day Justin helped us write up an offer that was accepted in less than 12 hours. He helped us navigate the rest of the buying process (including inspection and contract negotiations) while we were still living out of state. All of his took place in the very short timeline I had given him: the entire process took less than 2 months.

On the day of closing, we had two kids under 3 in two, and Justin was amazing with them. In short, he made the colossal task of buying a house from across the country go quickly and smoothly. We were so grateful we found him!

Trust is the first word that comes to mind when I think of my experience with Mike. Mike went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor.  I had daily reports on the status of the home, and he always responded in a timely manner, he helped me with staging the home, and was with me at every step of both the buying and selling process.  I truly believe I would not have sold my home within my time frame/price if I had not used Mike as my realtor.  Even if you have a realtor in mind, I recommend you at least hear what Mike can do for you.  I can never express the amount of gratitude for the work and help you gave me.

Justin was a rock star real estate agent, in fact he was one of the only real estate agents that my husband and I ever liked! He always went above and beyond our expectations. 

I first contacted him when my husband received an interview at Mayo Clinic for residency. Mayo Clinic was high on his list and we were very seriously considering buying a house. When I contacted Justin, he was able to schedule me in for the exact day of my husband's interview. This worked out very well as I was able to get a tour of the whole Rochester area and potential houses/neighborhoods we would be interested in. I was very impressed that he spent almost the whole day showing me around when it wasn't even guaranteed that my husband would match here. 

Fast forward five months, match day came and we ended up matching here! Justin was one of the first calls I made to try and schedule a day we could come look at houses :-) He was very flexible and accommodating and worked with our very hectic schedules. 

He was very observant and pointed out flaws on houses that we didn't end up buying. I appreciated this as he wasn't trying to make a sale, he put our best interests first and wanted to make sure we bought a home that we would be happy in. He also did a video recording of the house we ended up buying as we quickly saw it and had to make a rushed decision (BTW - Rochester housing market is crazy! If you see a house you like make an offer because it won't last!). 

At our request, he was present for our home inspection. This really made us feel comfortable as I know he was always after our best interests and asked questions I didn't even think to ask. We also wanted to put a fence up shortly after moving and he contacted our future neighbor for us to coordinate latching onto their adjoining fence (since we were 1600 miles away). 

Furthermore, Justin didn't just walk away when our sale was final on our house. We had some follow-up questions and he was readily available by phone just as he always was to help answer any questions. His response time via phone is great for us millennials who hate waiting and want a response back asap :-)

I would highly recommend Justin to all family and friends! We plan on keeping him not only as a real estate agent to use in the future but also as a friend!!!
